Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive, Kalami (Crete)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was modern and spacious, but the cleanliness left much to be desired upon arrival. The dining options were varied and generally good, although not without some issues. The pool and beach facilities were enjoyable, and the staff was friendly.
